Meet Dr. Jennie

A woman with curly brown hair, glasses, and a smile, standing in a room with a bookshelf and yellow flowers in the background.

Dr. Jennie Victoriano is a multifaceted leader whose career spans business ownership, corporate procurement and contract negotiation, ministry and counseling, higher-education administration, corporate training, curriculum development, and organizational leadership. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Bible & Ministry, a Master of Arts in Theology, and a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Organizational Leadership.

Driven by a passion for teaching people how to think—not what to think—Jennie focuses on the neuroscience of learning and the practical barriers that keep people from growing. She’s at her best when she’s helping individuals recognize their strengths, break unhelpful patterns, and step into the unique potential God built into them.

Her career reflects that same mission. Jennie has led teams across diverse settings:
• corporate purchasing and software-training environments
• Christian higher education as Director of Academic Services and professor
• ministry leadership and pastoral counseling
• domestic-violence intervention as a facilitator
• professional development and curriculum design
• technology leadership as Director of a tech department

Her work always circles back to empowering people through clarity, skill-building, and mindset transformation.

At home, Jennie is a Mom, Step-Mom, Grandma, Sister, Daughter, Author, Educator, and Mentor—roles she holds with deep gratitude. Above all, she is a committed follower of Christ whose purpose and leadership were shaped early in her journey through seminary and ordination. She credits her family for their steady support and honors the impact of her late mentor, Dr. Del Tarr, whose influence continues to guide her.

These days, Jennie refuels by spending time with her children and grandchildren or unwinding with a good book or a well-earned binge-watch session. Her life’s work remains the same: helping people grow, think deeply, lead well, and become who God created them to be.

“Anyone can lead motivated, confident people. A great leader can help those who feel they have no value and are not motivated understand their value, find their purpose, and shine!”

- Dr. Jennie

“Wisdom is not the product of schooling, but the life long attempt to acquire it.”

Dr. Jennie’s

Educational Research

In Education

Dr. Jennie’s doctoral work on scripted curriculum at the undergraduate level gave her a clear view of how real learning happens—and why it often doesn’t. She studies the mechanics of thinking, the barriers that shut people down, and the instructional choices that either spark growth or shut it off. That research shapes everything she does, from coaching to curriculum design to helping people challenge the beliefs that limit their potential.

Her educational focus includes:

  • How the mind learns: a practical understanding of learning processes, cognitive patterns, and the factors that derail comprehension and retention.

  • Breaking mental roadblocks: using evidence-based strategies to help clients disrupt unhelpful thinking habits so they can learn and lead more effectively.

  • Curriculum design that works: creating programs that are structured, purposeful, and aligned with real-world application—not just theory.

  • Coaching through an educator’s lens: blending instructional insight with personal development to help people build clarity, confidence, and competence.

Dr. Jennie brings the academic depth of an educator and the practical instincts of a coach—making her approach both grounded and transformational.

Why This Matters
